The reality is DEATH comes to all... Therefore Are you ready to:
If so continue reading...
BELONGING TO A PARTICULAR RELIGION OR CHURCH WILL NOT SAVE YOU FROM YOUR SIN AND GOD'S WRATH BECAUSE... GOD IS HOLY AND CANNOT TOLERATE SIN OF ANY KIND...
(Habakkuk 1:13) Your eyes (God) are too pure to look on evil; you cannot tolerate wrong doing.
(1 John 5:17) All wrongdoing is sin...
(John 3:36) “Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.”
FACT #1: ALL HAVE SINNED
The Bible makes it very clear that all people —have a corrupted human sin nature. Our human nature is gratified and finds pleasure in sinning. Admit it! Sinning by evensomething like striking back in anger towards those who offend us... gratifies our corrupt human nature. Yes, that’s why ALL people sin… because sin in some way gratifies, and/or pleases their fallen human nature. The Bible talks about: ... enjoying the pleasures of sin for a season. (Heb 11:25)
When we take sin's “bribes” (or are rewarded) by its pleasure or gratification —the Bible tells us that we stand guilty and condemned before God. God hates ALL Sin. Try as we may--Sin and guilt are something human beings cannot get rid of-- apart from Jesus Christ. This is why people turn to false religions, which redefine sin, or teach there is no such thing as “sin”—or teaching we are basically good, and just need to seek knowledge to become a “better person” etc. All these "right" sounding ideas are contrary to what God's Word teaches us in the Holy Bible. Humans cannot make themselves right in God's eyes, nor can they free themselves from sin and guilt or earn a right standing with God through good deeds...
(Isaiah 64:6) But we are all like an unclean thing, and all our self-righteousnesses is like filthy rags; and we all fade like a leaf; and our iniquities (i.e. sin tendencies), like the wind, have taken us away (from God). (Parenthesis added for clarity)
God created humans with something called a conscience—therefore, we are all guilty because of sin and cannot get free from sin and guilt through our own efforts. We may harden our hearts so our conscience is not allowed to speak to us—but the guilt from our sin remains deep within our hearts.
(Rom 3:23) For all have sinned, and come short of the glory(i.e. of honoring) God.
Sin and guilt robs people of their peace and is the basis for much of our anger issues—which is why PEACE can never be a reality in this sin sick world—until Jesus Christ rules this world as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
In the meantime, the world is full of guilty people, who are reaping the destructive effects of their sin and guilt—physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Sin and guilt perverts our human perception, our morals and integrity and worst of all it separates us from God.
(Isaiah 59:2) But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face (i.e. His perspective) from you...
FACT #2: WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE!
The Bible says that we all have an appointment with death:
(Hebrews 9:27) And as it is appointed unto men to die once and after that the judgment.
Jesus who is God, was born into this world as a human being, and lived a totally sin free life that qualified Him to become the required sacrifice for the removal of all sin... for those who would put their faith in Him. Those who choose to do so will not have to suffer the SECOND DEATH that God requires for all unbelieving and unrepentant sinners:
(Matthew 26:28) Jesus said: For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission (removal) of sins.
(Revelation 21:8) But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake of fire which burns with fire and brimstone: this is the second death.
FACT #3: THE GOOD NEWS IS: GOD WANTS ALL TO BE SAVED FROM THEIR SIN AND THE SECOND DEATH
God became a human being called Jesus Christ and came into the world to save ALL sinners who are willing to humble themselves and ADMIT THEY ARE A SINNER and are also willing to repent (turn to God and away) from all sin...
(Mark 1:15) Jesus said, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent and believe the gospel(which literally means "good news").
(2 Peter 3:9) The Lord is ... longsuffering to us-ward, and not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
(1 Timothy 1:15) This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.
In order to be "saved" (set free) from the second death (the lake of fire) and receive God's gift of eternal life, you must FIRST ...confess that you are a sinner and are a true believer in Jesus Christ... who is God the "son"... the only one who can save us from our sin and God's wrath.
(John 3:36) He that believes on the Son has eternal life: and he that believes not on the Son shall not see (eternal) life; but the wrath of God abides on him.
SECONDLY you must confess that Jesus will be your LORD (master)...
(Romans 10:9) That if thou shall confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord (master) and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved.
(1 John 4:15) Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwells in him, and he in God.
THIRDLY you must repent (turn away from all sin and turn to God) and confess your sins... in order to be forgiven (PARDONED) by God for all your sins, and also cleansed (of all guilt)...
(1 Jn 1:9-10) If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive usour sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness… If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar (i.e. God said all have sinned)…
(Rom 3:25-26) Whom God… through faith in his blood, declares… there is remission (pardon) of sins that are past, … that He might be … the justifier (the remover of guilt) from those which believe in Jesus.
A Salvation Prayer of Repentance;
Perhaps there was a point in your life that you believed and confessed these things mentioned above... but like I once did, you may have also rebelled against God and turned back to a life of sin and self-gratification, but would now like to come back to God your Father.
(Revelation 2:5) Therefore, remember how far you have fallen. Repent and go back to what you did at first. If you don't, I will come to you and remove your lamp stand from its place—unless you repent.
On the other hand, you may have been trying to make yourself "right" with God or have simply been ignoring Him, and have never made a confession of faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, but would now like to do so and know for sure that you are truly forgiven, cleansed and saved. Don't wait another day... you may not have one to spare! Choose now to receive God's wonderful gift of eternal life by choosing Jesus Christ to be your God and Savior.
(Romans 6:23) For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Jesus gives us all two choices, which means there are only two kinds of people on earth... believers and unbelievers. Those who haven’t made a choice to believe in and to follow Jesus Christ... have in God's eyes made their choice to reject Christ... Because they have ignored and not used the "measure of faith" that God has given to every person, which if they choose to use it... will lead them to being saved.
(Romans 12:3) ...think soberly, because God has dealt to every person a measure of faith.
All unbelievers will be cast into the lake of fire as stated above in (Rev 21:8). So, today, while you still can choose... listen to God's voice... because today might be your last chance to choose Christ as Savior and Lord and to receive His gift of eternal life. No one knows when they will keep their appointment with death!
If you want to know for sure you are saved, simply read out loud from your heart the following prayer (or pray in your own words and confess these things) …
Father in Heaven... With my mouth I am now confessing and believing in my heart that Jesus Christ is God—your Son, who died and shed His blood for the removal of all my sin.
I also confess and believe in my heart that Jesus rose again from the dead. I now choose Him to be my Lord and Savior.
I confess that I am a sinner and ask you now Heavenly Father, to forgive my sins and cleanse me of all guilt [Now confess and ask for forgiveness for any particular sins that come to your mind].
I believe and thank you that the shed blood, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ has saved me from the second death of eternity in the Lake of Fire…
With your help I am willing to turn away from all sin and I am now ready to follow Jesus Christ and make Him Lord over my life, as long as I live. Thank you for your love and forgiveness and for giving me my new life through Jesus Christ! Amen
Because you prayed that prayer, your spirit now has the light and life of God living within in you!
Always remember, because you prayed that prayer, and meant it from your heart—God has cleansed you from all your past sin. You are completely and forever forgiven!! He has removed ALL your sins from your heavenly record! Never to be held against you...
As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. Like as a father pities his children, so the LORD pities them that fear him. For he knows our frame; he remembers that we are dust. (Psalm 103:12-14)
When we are forgiven, this means we don’t have to try to make amends for all our past sins or try to earn God’s approval and forgiveness—we have it! We only need to have faith in the blood of Jesus Christ. So if you do sin at anytime, simply turn away from that sin and confess it, and ask God to forgive you and He will be faithful to cleanse you because of your faith in the blood of Jesus Christ... This is how we keep our hearts and lives right with God. Because of your confession of faith you are now part of God’s beloved family!
